Without any tests, how do I know that the series from 1 to infinity (3/5^k) converges?

I just wanna know if there's an easy way to look at the series without doing any tests (or if anything doing an easy test in your head) that the series (3/5^k) from 1 to infinity converges. I'm taking Calculus 2 and the book pretty much implies this is something you should know off the top of your head. Thanks.

2yr old with tubes submerged ears. She has been hystericly screaming?

She hasnt felt good all week and developed a runny nose a couple days ago. Today in the bath she dunked her head and started screaming so much she wanted out. She fell asleep then woke up hystericly screaming saying her ear hurts. She was inconsolable. Not even m&m's helped. I gave her some tylenol which has seemed to help but im still worried about an ear infection.Or could something have happened to her tubes? Can submersion cause that much of a problem? Where can I find glider rocker bearings that screw on and off ball type?

This glider rocker doesn't have any information on it. We have had it roughly 11 years or so. The bearings have S & S Tia wan on them and they are screw on ball type bearings.

Our state may be cled as backward to some but West Australia is way ahead of the rest with water restrictions and our governments have known for awhile how crucial it is to try and fix the problem and it is an ongoing thing.The Federal government have sat on their hands and hoped the problem would go away but it wont and now with an election looming it will be a major issue.We need to go back to treating water as a precious commodity and learn to conserve it you know when I was growing up in the bush every house had a rainwater tank that would be a good start.

I have a rodeo coming up and my QH gelding is afraid of the banners they have up on the fence. I have been to this rodeo before with him and he would spook everytime he got within 20-30 ft of a banner. Well....the rodeo is indoors and there are lots of banners put up on the fence. How can i get him comforable with riding around and next to the banners?
