Antarctic krill and Japense fishermen?

Bit of a strange question, but what does Antarctic krill have to do with Japenese fishermen? I have been set an essay in Geography, and need to find out what Japanese fisherman have to do with the antarctic foodchain, and esspecial krill? Thanks!
