Babysitting Overpayment Scam?

Oh my god, I got the same email from the same guy only I went a little farther than you did with him and I am very scared now because I gave him a lot of personal information. How do we get him caught? I asked him for his address and phone number and name and he gave me a different name than he had first given me and gave me the address of a comicbook store in california and a fake phone number. my email is marissa.eldridge@me.com if you wanna talk more about this.
