What are the chances of me winning; my employer denied my un-employment benefits?

The reason they are denying me my unemployment is because they ume I did not care enough about my job, and that is what lead to a lot of mistakes. This is however untrue, I was not trained properly, and I was hired to design their website, when later I was found doing inventory and other data work I was not familiar with. I never received my benefits or raise when I was told I would. They fired me at the end of the day, and handed me my last paycheck. Their reason was I wasn’t learning fast enough, that made me laugh. When I deposited the check, it came back to me in the mail, it was a bad check, they had closed the account. I physically went down there myself, and demanded my money. I recently contacted OSHA (safety & Health administration) because at the time they also had me working in the warehouse with no training, and around dangerous areas. To sum this all up, I believe they are retaliating against me because I contacted OSHA. I believed I was just used to design their website until it was done. What are my chances of actually winning?
