Do you need a break or a breakthrough?

I have to say both. I have been going through one of the biggest spiritual battles of my life. Great betrayal and trying to see God's will in this.Discernment and wisdom are the biggest gifts I could use. I need a break because this is hard and I need a breakthrough from God because I feel as though I have been caught in the perfect storm and my ship can't get out. I need Jesus in my boat...awake and not sleeping.
