How to connect Monitor to show TV output?? i want to connect my monitor so that it can show what is on my tv..

can anyone help me on how to do this... the monitor does not have a DVI input so which means that it will be through the VGA (so i need a vga gender changer or something)....can i get a cable with a scart end and a female vga at the other end????will it work with the different video types beetween the 2????PLEASE HELP
