Without a reasonable cause my wife is suspecting me & keeping track of my daily activities. Please advise.?

We have been married for 23 years. We have a daughter aged 21 yrs & son aged 15 yrs. My wife was possessive about me since begning. Now the possessiveness has become extreme. She cannot tolerate my talking to any other lady. She started speculating incidents which have not occured. She shared her speculations with close family friends. Out of compion the friend approached me & suggested professional consultations. After some time I suggested the same to my wife as home environment was getting worse. She declined to take professional help saying that "It was me who needed treatment & not her". After six months or so she learnt from me that the family friend had suggested treatment; now she has turned against them. Without my knowledge she visited spiritual healers to ward off evil spirits. She is keeping track of my daily activities to an extent where is my location, what I am doing, who is sitting with me, who is talking to me, who has taken tea with me that day. Pl guide.
