Ankle pain how can I get over it ?
I sprained my ankle 10 weeks ago. I have seen 2 different physios. I run large mileage (marathons) ankle pain is still there. I have done all the exercises wobble board, walking on tip-toes and heels, rotating foot. Pain is still there not as bad, down to a 4 from a 10. I am back to running but have missed the fall marathon season. Both pysios have told me I should be back to form by now, but I am not. Anyone experience similar problems, although 5 months to my next scheduled marathon, I am wondering if I will be back in form by then.I am currently running at about 2/3 of my regular pace. Thanks
