Do think if I work really hard I could get a scholarship?

I'm 12 almost 12 been playing soccer since i was 4 and got scouted the other night at my game we won 4-0 with no subs and i was forward do u think if i worked really hard i could get a scholarship or maybe in badminton cause i rock at it? how does it work? how can i get one i need to?
