I think a tornado could touchdown in my area!!?

there are really high winds in my area, and spring-like temperatures in February, if there's a professional or someone who knows more about tornadoes than me, i would be happy if you gave me a few pointers on what to do and a few signs of a tornado, see i was watching tornado week on T.W.C and there was a tornado in Arizona,and they said one reason it had been caused was because of randomly warmer weather.HELP! (pretty please?)
