Ideas for 13th birthday party?!!?!?!?! 10 POINTS FOR BEST ANSWER!!?

Hii, its my friends birthday soon, at the end of july, and she has no idea what to do!! About 5 of us are sleeping at her house for one night in a tent, we was thinking of putting candles and lanterns around her garden so on the night its all lit up. Then get a swimming pool out and just relax in it with all the lantens. During the day we are going to the village show, then on the day after we sleep, she was thinking of going shopping. Thanks xx
