Oblivion in finding the heir quest it tells me to talk to Savlian Matius after i destroy the gate?

Oblivion in finding the heir quest it tells me to talk to Savlian Matius after i destroy the gate because after talking to martin i have to talk to him he give me the quest breaking the seige i completed that but now it says i need to talk to savlian about martin to get martin to follow me but martin disappeared and i cant talk to martin at all on the thing it says i have to bring martin back to weynyon priory but he is no were to be found... please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…
