SOPRANOS QuESTION?

I have never watched the show before and I am currently watching all 6 seasons so I can be up to date with the new one that just started airing. During the 4th season, Dr. Melfi (the shrink) gets d. Now I am midway through the 5th season and this hasn't come up again. Does she ever tell Tony about this?????
