Why do online merchants often have some items that you have to "add to your cart" in order to get the price?
Why do some online merchants (ie, amazon and others) when listing merchandise with prices, have some items that you have to "put in your cart" in order to get the price? Of course you can remove it, but is there some legalities that require them to do it?
