How do i do chicken picken guitar playin?

i have heard Johnny Hiland, brent mason, doug seven, and other country guitarist playing a real fast bouncy guitar that seems impossible for me to do. is there anyone out there who can demonstrate it or describe it slow...very slow so i can do it?
