I am interested in Badminton and i want to join national team . But i am already 19 years. Is it too late?

Besides, I dont hv any tournamnets and experience. I also dont hv tecniques.... i am also not a state player..Can anyone tell me what to do or give me some suggestion?... I dont want to give up my dream. if any body know any badminton coach(in KL),PLS give his contact, thank you.
